If an object have a weight of 45 kg (on earth), What will be it's mass?

Answer:in your question the unit of weight is wrong it should be kg.m/s²

Since weight is nothing other than product of mass and local value of gravitational acceleration so its mass will be m = 45 divided by local value of g ie. 9.8 m/s²

So the final answer will be 45/9.8 which is equal to 4.591 kg.
