v = g * t (v=velocity, t = time, g is gravity constant 9,82 m/s^2 on Earth)

Integrated for distance travelled:

h = 1/2 * g * t^2

Lets isolate t:

t^2 = 2h/g

t = sqrt (2h/g)

Lets insert your values:

t = sqrt (2 * 200m / 9,82 m/s^2) = 6,38 seconds
