if a object is moving with uniform speed it will continually move with uniform speed untill an unbalanced force act on it .
this is also called Newton law of motion

if the question is that (has it always been moving in a uniform speed) then the answer is NO because in order to reach that uniformed speed the  object had to accelerate from rest to actually start moving

and if the question given is as asked the answer practically no as it may counter obstacle , friction,and also has to decelerate to stop
