True for Concave Mirror and False for Convex Lens.

If we put an object at the centre of curvature of a concave mirror, the image of the object can coincide with the object and is of same size. We can show this using the reflection formula.

We know that 1/f = 1/u + 1/v.

if u is at centre of curvature => u = 2f.

=> 1/v = 1/f - 1/2f = 1/2f.

This comes the same as u.

Hence it is true for concave mirror.

As a convex lens has positive power, the object and image are always on opposite sides of the lens.

They can be on the same side but in that case a virtual image is formed.

Hence the object and image can never coincide in the case of a convex lens.
