so time period is 1/10 sec.
so frequency is 1 / time period = 1/(1/10) = 10 Hz.

Frequency is the number of oscillations per unit time.
Frequency= No. of oscillations/ Time taken
Therefore, frequency= 10/1
= 10
Therefore the frequency of the object is 10 Hz.
