Given :
- Mass of the object, m = 50 kg
- Velocity of the object ,v = 20 m/s
Need to find :
- Energy possessed by the object ?
Solution :
As we know that,
⋆ KE = ½mv²
where,
- 'KE' denotes Kinetic Energy
- 'm' denotes mass
- 'v' denotes velocity
Putting the values,
➜ KE = ½ × 50 × 20²
➜ KE = ½ × 50 × 400
➜ KE = 25 × 400
➜ KE = 10,000 J
Hence, the Energy possessed by the object is 10,000 Joules.
