If α and β are roots of 6 x2-7x-3=0 , find the value of α2+β2

hey friend !!!

@ + bita=- cofficient of x/cofficient of x²

@+bita= - (- 7/6)

@+bita=+7/6-----1)

and @×bita =constant term /cofficient of x²

@×bita =-3/6=-1/2 ------2)

now...by using ( a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab formula

just like this ...

(@+bita)²-2@×bita =@²+bita²

(7/6)²-2(-1/2). .. [by using 1 and 2]

=>49/36+1

=>49+36/36

=>85/36 Answer
