If angle AOC = 2x -3 and angle BOC = x + 6, show that AOB is a line.

Answer: Angle AOC+ ANGLE BOC =180°(LINEAR PAIR)

                                         2x-3+x+6  = 180°

                                         3x +3        =180°

                                           3x           = 180 - 3

                                          3x            =177°

                                          x              = 177÷ 3

                                          x              = 59.

NOW YOU CAN FIND THE ANGLES BY PUTTING 59 ON THE PLACE OF X AND THE   ANGLE AOC WILL BE 115° AND ANGLE BOC = 65° AND

THE  ANGLES AOC AND BOC WILL MAKE ANGLE AOB WE KNOW THAT STARIGHT LINE HAS ANGLE OF 180° AND ANGLES AOB ALSO IS 180°. THEREFORE, AOB  IS A LINE
