angle CAB : angle BAD = 1:2 ----(1)

let angle CAB be "z"

From equation 1, we have

angle BAD = 2z

Now,

z + 2z + 69 = 180   (EC is a straight line)

or z= (180-69)/3 =  37 degree

In triangle ABC, we have

 x + (x+ 13) + z = 180     (Angle sum property)

2x = 130

or x=65 = angle ABC

therefore, Angle ACB = 65+ 13 = 78 degree
