Very simple

join OA and OC now

∠OAQ = 90°

and ∠CAQ = 70°

so, ∠OAC = ∠OAQ - ∠CAQ = 20°

Now in triangle OAC we have

OA = OC  [both are radius]

→∠OAC = ∠OCA

→∠OCA = 20°

Again .

∠OAC + ∠OCA + ∠AOC = 180°

→ ∠AOC = 140°

now,

∠ADC = 1/2 * ∠AOC

→ ∠ADC = 70°

also ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral

Hence,

∠ADC + ∠ABC = 180° {opposite angles of cyclic quadrilaterals}

→ ∠ABC = 110°
