 \mathtt{ \huge{ \fbox{Solution :)}}}

Given ,

  • Angle of incidence = 30
  • Refractive index = 1.5

We know that , the sin of angle of incidence to the sin of angle of refraction is called refractive index

 \large \mathtt{ \fbox{Refractive \:  index =   \frac{Sin  \: of  \: angle  \: of \:  incidence}{Sin \:  of \:  angle  \: of \:  refraction} }</p><p>}

Substitute the known values , we obtain

➡1.5 = Sin30/Sin of angle of refraction

➡1.5 = 1/(2 × Sin of angle of refraction)

➡Sin of angle of refraction = 1/(2 × 1.5)

➡Sin of angle of refraction = 10/30

➡Sin of angle of refraction = 1/3

So ,

➡Angle of refraction = Sin^(-1)1/3

Hence , the angle of reflection is sin inverse 1/3
