if both angles of linear pair are equal then the measure of both angle will be 90 degree because linear pair means that the sum of adjacent angles on a straight line is 180 degree.i.e angle 1 + angle 2 = 180
it is given that,
angle 1 = angle 2 = x (say)
we know that,
angle 1 + angle 2 = 180
x + x = 180
2x = 180
x = 180/2
x = 90
or
angle 1 and angle 2 is 90 degree
