For two equations {a}_{1}x+{b}_{1}y+c=0 and {a}_{2}x+{b}_{2}y+c=0 to have infinite solutions,\frac{a_1}{a_2}=\frac{b_1}{b_2}=\frac{c_1}{c_2}\\\Rightarrow \frac{3}{6}=\frac{-1}{-2}=\frac{-5}{k}\\\Rightarrow k=-10
