■BASIC REMEDY FOR LEG INJURY ( ANKLE SPRAIN )
□Wrap a few ice cubes in a thin kerchief or a towel .
□Apply this pack in the swollen part for 10 minutes .
□Repeat this every 3 to 4 hours .
( Note : Don't apply ice directly on the skin , it can cause frostbite )
■WHEN FOOT IS SWOLLEN UP
□Mix 2 tablespoons of salt in a small tub filled with a warm water . Soak the affected area , such as foot or hand , in it for 10 to 15 minutes .
□Repeat it 3 times a week
■ ELEVATION
□It improves blood circulation.
□Keep the swollen leg or hand elevated while sleeping , put a few pillows under affected area .
■CONSULT A ORTHO SPECIALIST
□If the injury is severe and non curable .
□You should visit a ortho , maybe he/she can suggest you to take rest for 1 week .
( Even X - rays are required for these injuries )
□Doctor may give tablets for the swelled leg and crepe bandage for leg .
hope it helps u dear ^_^

HEY DEAR....
HERE'S YOUR ANSWER⬇
You might be have SPRAINED your leg.
# You should apply ice atleast 2-3 times a day for like 20-25 minutes.
# Keep your foot raised to keep swelling down.
# Avoid most of the physical work that might cause pain.
# Keep your foot straight whenever possible.
# Most foot sprains happen due to sports or activities in which your body twists and pivots but your feet stay in place. Some of these sports include football, snowboarding, and dance.
=> Call the Doctor if:
# You have sudden numbness or tingling.
# You have sudden increase in pain or swelling.
# The injury does not seem to be healing as expected.
Any doubts, please ask me in the comments.
I HOPE YOU FIND IT HELPFUL.
