Hey,,
It's just that we sleep to recover our body and brains.During the day brain cells builds connections with other parts of the brain as a result of new experiences.During sleep it seems that important connections are strengthened and the unimportant ones are pruned ,as well as sleep is a very crucial activity for the brain to get clear of all its waste.
In the earlier times, sleep made our ancestors vulnerable to attack from wild animals ....

Hope this helps you!!

there is very important to sleep.sleeping plays a vital role in our life.actually we sleep because we get tired for doing things in our life and that time we need rest so we sleep. when we are sleeping, that time our brain recalls everything whatever we had learnt, wherever we had gone, etc and many more.
for example--if we are writing for a long time then our hands get tired and we leave our hands for rest or for relax; in the same manner,we did so many things in a day and our brain also gets tired like our hands get tired.our brain needs rest that time.so we sleep.
HOPE MY ANSWER IS SATISFIED TO YOU.

AND YOU GET THE REASON THAT WHY DO WE SLEEP??
