Like how to write the formula of magnesium nitride or potassium chloride . it would be really a great help!

Mg3N2 - Magnesium Nitride
KCl - potassium chloride
this may be the answer

Night: yes this is the answer but i don't know how the numbers comes...
6Sanjana: Mg valency is 2 and nitrogen valency is 3 in a nitride so according to criss cross method Magnesium Nitride is represented as Mg3N2
6Sanjana: similarly KCl also forms
