Why in my device after removing blacklist device from wifi it again gets into the blacklist automatically...how can I fix this?

I have have tried restarting phone many times but it still didn't fixed! ​

refresh the phone like this and then press cross❌ then see what happens if then also not then you should go to mobile phone shop for doing it okk
