∴∠AOC=∠BOD=40°

NOW, 40°+∠BOE=70°

∠BOE=70°-40°=30°

NOW , ∠BOD+∠AOD=180°(LINEAR PAIR)

∴∠AOD=180°-40°=140°

NOW,

reflex∠COE=∠AOC+∠AOD+∠BOD+∠BOE

=40°+140°+40°+30°

=180°+70°

=250°
