for any 2 terms in an AP, the difference between them will be equal to the difference between any 2 other terms of the AP

so, if a, b and c are in an AP

then b-a = c-b and a-b = b-c

So, a-b/b-c

= a-b/a-b

= 1

So, Option D is your answer

Hope this Helped!
