Let area=A
force=F
&pressure=P
then ,P=F/A
if area increases by 50%,then
new area=A'=Ax50/100
=A/2
therefore,new pressure
P'=F/A'
P'=F x2/A
P'=2(F/A)
P'=2(P)
new pressure will be double of the previous pressure.And the %age is 200%.
