 \frac{1}{2}  \times d {}^{1}  \times d {}^{2}  = rhombus \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times 12 \times x = 102 \\  =  > 6x = 102 \\  =  > x = 17 \: dm.

Answer:

let b be the breadth

Area of rectangle = 102

b = 102

b = 102/17

b = 6

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l+b)

=> 2 * ( 17 + 6)

=> 2×23

=> 46 cm
