A (area) = 6 cm²

Using the formulas

A = $\dfrac{pq}{2}$

a = $\dfrac{√p² + q²}{2}$

Now solving for a

a = $\dfrac{1}{2}$ √p²+4($\dfrac{A}{p}$) ²

= $\dfrac{1}{2}$ . √ 7²+4.($\dfrac{6}{7}$)²

≈ 3.60343 cm
