if area of a triangle is doubled to its area then what is the percentage increase in the area of triangle?

If the area is doubled; it is 100% increase

saketbagade: How? You said that the area is doubled. So, if it was 'x' earlier, it would be 2x. So it is 100% increase. Do you mean to say "all sides are doubled" instead of "area is doubled"?

The area will increase by 300%. The area of triangle with double sides will be 4 times area of initial triangle.
