Answer:

Given radius of circle is 10 cm

So let us find the area

 =  > area \: of \: circle = \pi \: r ^{2}  \\  \\  =  > 3.14 \times 100 \\  \\  =  > area = 134cm ^{2}

Given area of circle = area if parallelogram

And the base of the parallelogram is 31.4cm

So we know that area of parellelogram is given by the formula

area = length \times breadth

So A/Q

 =  > length \times 31.4 = 134 \\  \\  =  >length =  \frac{134}{31.4}  \\  \\  =  > length  =  \frac{1340}{314}  \\  \\  =  >  \boxed{length = 4.2cm}
