Hi ,

area of the parallelogram = A = 60 cm²

altitude = h = 5cm

let the side length = b cm

bh = A

b × 5 = 60

b = 60 /5

b = 12 cm

I hope this helps you.

To find: the base=BC
Solution: formula for area of the ||gm=b×h
