38.5 =  \frac{\pi}{4}  \times  {r}^{2}

 \frac{385}{10}  \times 4 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{2}

 \frac{154 \times 7}{22}  =  {r}^{2}

7 \times 7 =  {r}^{2}

r = 7

d = 2 \times r

d =2 \times  7  = 14
