If area of rectangular plot increases by 30% while its breadth remains the same.what will be the ratio of areas of the new and old figures

LET initial area be A

increased area = 30% of A+A

=30/100×A+A

=3A/10+A

=13A/10

RATIO = INCREASED AREA÷INITIAL AREA

= 13A/10÷A
