Solution :
Let a , b are parallel sides of a
Trapezium .
a = 0.8 m
b = 60cm = 0.6 m
Let the altitude = h m
Area of the Trapezium = 2.8 m²
=> [(a+b)h]/2 = 2.8
=> (0.8+0.6)h = 5.6
=> 1.4h = 5.6
=> h = 5.6/1.4
=> h = 4 m
