Given :

A's income = 25 % more than B's.

According to the question :

Let B's income be = Rs. 100.

A's income = 25 % + B's

=> 100 + 25 % of 100

=> 100 + 25 / 100 × 100

=> 100 + 25

=> \sf\large\underline\blue{Rs.125}

A's income = \sf\large\underline\red{Rs.125}

B's income = \sf\large\underline\red{Rs. 100}

Percentage of difference :

B - A = 125 - 100 => \sf\large\underline\blue{Rs.25}

Let ' x ' be the percentage.

=> x / 100 × 125 = 25

=> x = 25 × 100 / 125

=> x = 100 / 5

=> \sf\large\underline\blue{x\:=\:20}

Percentage of difference =

20 %
