If atoms are not able to exist independently, what about argon (ar), helium (he) ; it made of 1 atom only right? So therefore how thats able to exist?

Molecules of noble gases are monoatomic ,this means that their atoms exist independently. This happens because the outermost shells of atoms of noble gases are complete. Thus atoms of noble gases do not share electrons with each other and form monoatomic molecules.
