speed = 60 kmh = 16.66 m/s

time = 30 sec

DISTANCE COVERED IN 30 SEC = LENGTH OF TRAIN = SPEED × TIME

= 16.66 × 30

= 499.8 M - (ans)

thanks!

□□□□ | ■■■■

train pole final position

velocity=60kmh

t=30s

need to find d

the train covers the pole in 30 sec

the distance from the pole to the last carriage of train will be it's displacement

hence displacement will be the length of train

velocity = s/t

vt = s (length of train)

=60 kmph×30 seconds

=60 ×{5/18}× 30

......[.60kmph=60×1000/60×60 m/s I.e 60×5/8]

=60×5/6 =500 m

is the correct answer
