avg velocity is total disp / time i.e. 0 hence time is zero therefore no acceleration hence speed also zero

Average velocity can be zero as it is a ratio of total displacement wrt time

displacement can be zero if the initial and final position of the object is the same

Average speed is a ratio of total distance wrt time

Distance is the actual path covered by the body hence it can never be zero
