a x^2 + b x + c = o has equal roots.
so,
b^2 - 4ac = 0
- 4 ac = - b^2
c = -b^2 \ -4ac
c = b ^2 \ 4ac
so,
b^2 - 4ac = 0
- 4 ac = - b^2
c = -b^2 \ -4ac
c = b ^2 \ 4ac

Suppose equal roots are y
Then 2y= - b/a
And y^2= c/a
Solve both of equation and we get
c=b^2/4a
Then 2y= - b/a
And y^2= c/a
Solve both of equation and we get
c=b^2/4a
