J = 10, O = 15, G = 7,  L = 12,  E = 5 and  X = 24

JOGLEX = ?​

? = 10 + 15 + 7 + 12 + 5 + 24

⇒ ? = 73

JOGLEX = 73

Hence, If B = 2, MAT = 34,  then "JOGLEX = 73".

Thus, the required "option is B) 73".
