 \sqrt{3}  - 1
/ ratio
 \sqrt{3}  + 1
is equal to a + b
 \sqrt{3}
(II)
 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3}
/ratio
3 \sqrt{2}  -  \sqrt{3}  = a - b \sqrt{6}
