ax²+5x+c put value of x=2 and x=1/2
a×2²+5×2+c=0 because it is divisible by x-2 hence remainder will be be 0
4a+10+c=0 ⇒ 4a+c= -10 and again
a×1/2²+5×1/2+c=0 ⇒ a/4+5/2+c=0 ⇒ a+4c=10 now solve and we get
a= -2 and c= -2 hence both are equal.
