force of a body is the product of the mass of the body with the acceleration produced in the body.

FORMULA -----> F = m. a

momentum of the body is the product of the mass of the body with the velocity with which the body the body is moving.

FORMULA -----> P = m. v

so F = P / t

( which means that force is the rate of change of momentum in the given time)

so , change in momentum ( P ) = 10 kg m / s

Time taken = 0.01 s .

so Force applied ( F ) = ( 10 kg m/s ) / 0.01 s

= 1000 kg m /s ^2

or 1000 N . ( answer )
