Given,

Circumference = 274cm

as we know that the circumference of a circle is 2 pie r

So, 2×22/7×r=274

r=(274×7)/2×22

r=43.59 (approx.)

Given :-

  • Shape = Circle
  • Circumference of the Circle = 274cm

 \\  \\

To Find :-

  • Radius of the Circle.

 \\  \\

Solution :-

 \\

Radius of the Circle

⇒ Circumference of Circle = 2πr

⇒ 274 = 2 × 22/7 × Radius

⇒ 274/2 = 22/7 × Radius

⇒ 137 = 22/7 × Radius

⇒ 137 × 7/22 = Radius

⇒ 959/22 = Radius

43.59 = Radius

Verification :-

⇒ Circumference of Circle = 2πr

⇒ 274 = 2 × 22/7 × 43.59

⇒ 274 = 1917.96 / 7

⇒ 274 = 274

Hence, Verified
