ANSWER

Given,

2 θ and 4 θ are acute and cos2θ=sin4θ

We have, cosθ=sin(90 ∘ −θ)

cos2θ=sin(90 ∘ −2θ)

∴sin(90 ∘ −2θ)=sin4θ

90 ∘ −2θ=4θ

90 ∘ =2θ+4θ

6θ=90 ∘

θ=15 ∘
