Given : cos (90° - A) = 0

To find : sin (A + B)

Solution :

cos (90° - A) = 0

Use formula cos(90°- A) = sin A

>>> sin A = 0 --- Eqn(1)

We have to find sin ( A + B )

We have an identity,

  • sin ( A + B ) = sin A.cos B + cos A. sin B

From Eqn(1) substitute sin A = 0

>>> sin (A + B) = 0 (cos B) + cos A. sin B

>>> sin (A + B) = cos A. sin B

∴ The required answer is cos A. sin B.
