b/h. = 2/5
then,
b= 2 , h = 5
p = √ h² - b²
= √ 5² - 2²
= √21
2 tan a/1-cot²a = 2*√21/2 / 1-4/21
= √21 / 21+4/21
= √21/ 25/21
= 21√21/25
