Hey !!
cosA = 2/5 = b/h
By using Pythagoras theorem
P = √h² - b²
P =√25 - 4
P = √21
tan²A = p/b = (√21/2)²
tan²A = 21/4
Now putting the value on question .
4 + tan²A
= 4 + 4×21/4
= > 4 + 21
= 25 Answer
