We know that,
sin^2+cos^2=1
= sin^2=1-cos^2
=sin^2=1-49/625
=576/625
as given cos=7/25
sin=root576/625=24/25
tan=sin/cos
24/25/7/25
Substituting values,
cot=1/tan=7/24
hence,tan+cot=24/7+7/24
=625/168
