Given that

cos(A+B)= 1/2= cos60

A+B = 60 ..... Eqn(1)

Similarly, sin(A-B)= sin30

A-B= 30 .... Eqn (2)

Adding eqn 1 & 2-

2A= 90

A= 45

From eqn 1-

B= 15
