Answer:

Cos A + Cos²A = 1 ------------- Equation 1

Cos A = 1 - Cos²A

Cos A = Sin²A ------------ Equation 2

Sin²A + Sin⁴A = 0

Sin²A + ( Sin²A )² = 0

From Equation 2 ( Cos A = Sin²A )

Cos A + ( Cos A ) ² = 0

From Equation 1

Cos A + Cos²A = 1
