Cos A = \frac{Adjacent}{Hypotenuse}\\ Cos A = \frac{12}{13}\\ By \ pythagorean \ theorem \\ 13^{2} =  P^{2} + 12^{2}\\P = \sqrt{13^{2} + 12^{2}  } \\P = 5\\Opposite = 5\\Cot A = Adjacent/ Opposite\\cot A = \frac{13}{5}
