 \cos(a - b)  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} \\
but
 \cos(30)  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}  \\
Hence
a  -  b = 30

Now
 \sin(a   +   b)  = 1 \\  \\ but \\  \\  \sin(90)  = 1 \\  \\ hence \\  \\ a  +  b = 90
By solving them simultaneously
we get

a = 60 \\ b = 30
