cosA=\sqrt{3}=base/hypotenuse

so base=\sqrt{3}

and hypotenuse=1

now by pythagors theorm

(hypotenuse)^2=(base)^2+(height)^2

1=3+(height)^2

3+(height)^2=1

(height)^2=-2

height=\sqrt{-2}

sinA=\sqrt{-2}/1
