cos alpha= 1/2

cos alpha= cos 60

:. alpha= 60

Similarily,

tan beta=1/root3

tan beta=tan30

:. beta = 30

sin(alpha + beta)^2 = sin(60+30)^2

= sin90^2 = 1^2 = 1
