if cos is equal to 2 upon 5 find the value of 4 + 14 squared

cos A = 2/5
ie base/ hypotenuse = 2/5
so perpendicular = √ 25 -4 = √21
Now, tan A = perpendicular / base
so, tan A = √21 / 2
and tan^2 A = 21 / 4

Therefore, 4 + 4 tan^2A = 4 +21 = 25
